+ - Position wellness as a **core pillar of the guest experience** , not a standalone facility

+ - Continuously evolve offerings based on global wellness trends and guest insights

**2. Spa & Wellness Operations**

+ - Oversee all wellness facilities including spa, fitness, pools, wellness suites, and holistic therapy spaces

+ - Ensure exceptional service delivery, ambience, and attention to detail across all wellness touchpoints

+ - Maintain world-class standards in treatment protocols, hygiene, and guest care

+ - Drive innovation in treatment menus, therapies, and wellness journeys
