Director of Website Operations

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Website Operations Lead / Manager to lead the team responsible for maintaining and improving client websites.

This role oversees a team of WordPress production specialists responsible for website updates, content publishing, SEO implementation, technical maintenance, site performance, client-requested updates, and support for new website launches.

This is a leadership role focused on execution, quality, productivity, queue management, team accountability, and continuous improvement. It is not a broad SEO strategy or creative design role.

The ideal candidate combines strong WordPress knowledge, operational leadership, project management, and the ability to lead remote teams while improving quality, efficiency, and scalability.
