Reporting directly to the VP of Operations, the Director of Operations will lead and grow the regional business while overseeing multiple distribution centres. The ideal candidate brings proven experience managing distribution operations across cost, productivity, and service, along with expertise in labour relations, including union environments. They have a track record of leading site launches, operational transformations, and supporting client expansion. This individual will translate client agreements into actionable plans, lead performance reviews, and drive a culture of accountability and continuous improvement, while collaborating cross-functionally and partnering with HR on leadership and engagement initiatives.
