About The Role

 Peak Performance Recruitment are seeking a commercially driven aviation professional to lead aircraft trading and portfolio transaction activity. The role focuses on originating, evaluating and executing aircraft acquisitions, divestments and portfolio trades through strong relationships with aircraft owners, investors, lessors and asset managers. The successful candidate will combine market connectivity, transaction execution capability and commercial judgement to support disciplined portfolio growth and capital deployment
