Director of Systems Engineering

We are searching for a Senior Leader with multiple years of experience in managing EPC Projects Engineering in the Oil&Gas Sector, and with specific experience in Offshore Topside Process Modules. This position will manage and mentor all Project Engineering Managers and Project Engineers with project engineering responsibility globally.
**FUNCTION DIMENSION RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Review and approve Project Engineering Budget in Firm Tenders
- Responsible the department budget and cost approvals
- Drive company project engineering to On Time on Budget on Quality mindset
- Take appropriate actions and supporting the implementation of continuous improvement strategies for the project engineering discipline
- Identify and manage risks associated with project engineering activities
- Deliver engineering activities through use of systematic documented methodologies
