Full-Time, Days (No Weekends) | Permanent Role
Annual Salary: $146,000 – $200,000 (based on experience)
Bonus: 17.5% annual incentive (up to 150% payout potential)

Overview
A leading 230-bed acute care hospital in Northern Virginia is seeking an experienced Director of Surgical Services to oversee perioperative operations for 18 operating rooms, 2 endoscopy suites, and more than 12,000 surgical procedures annually. Service lines include robotics, spine, neuro, ortho, general, oncology, urology, and cardiovascular—with an open-heart program launching in early 2026.
This is an exceptional opportunity for a dynamic perioperative leader to set strategy, drive performance, and lead a team of 100+ FTEs in a nationally recognized surgical program.
