JOB DESCRIPTION

Pittsburg State University is accepting applications for Director of Student Support & Case Management in the Dean of Students department. The Director of Student Support & Case Management is a specialized position which blends the functions of non-clinical student consultation, program coordination of student referrals and intake, systems development and coordination for reporting and maintenance of student cases, and leadership in addressing factors which contribute to student attrition and improve student success.

The Director serves as a key liaison between students, staff, and university systems, managing highly sensitive and confidential issues involving student conduct, behavioral health, and civil rights compliance.
