We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Sales to join our team in the beautiful island destination of Phu Quoc, Vietnam. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales strategies and maximizing revenue opportunities for our world-class facilities.

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed MICE revenue targets
• Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the domestic and international all markets
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and industry stakeholders
