Director of Sales & Marketing

Hyatt Inclusive Collection is seeking an exceptional Director of Sales & Marketing to lead the commercial strategy for one of the Caribbean's most prestigious luxury all-inclusive resort complexes.

This executive role will be responsible for driving revenue growth, strengthening market positioning, leading commercial innovation, and overseeing high-performing Sales, Marketing, Revenue Management, PR, and Distribution teams.

We're looking for an accomplished hospitality leader with:

• Proven experience leading Sales & Marketing for luxury or ultra-luxury beach resorts.
• Strong expertise within the all-inclusive segment.
• Deep knowledge of luxury leisure, wholesale, tour operators, consortia, luxury travel advisors, and MICE business.
