Reporting to the Director of Sales, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth within the assigned market segments with a primary focus on the Leisure segment while ensuring alignment with hotel sales strategies and standards set by the Commercial Director.

• Contribute to the preparation of the annual Sales & Marketing budget and business plan for the assigned segment.
• Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual revenue targets including room nights and total revenue production.
• Ensure accurate forecasting of revenues based on the most up-to-date market intelligence and booking trends.
