This role is responsible for driving revenue across group business segments, strengthening client partnerships, and guiding a sales team to deliver strong commercial results. The ideal candidate brings a strategic mindset, strong leadership capabilities, and a proven ability to grow group demand while maintaining exceptional service standards.


Responsibilities:

• Lead the property’s group sales function, overseeing both inbound opportunities and proactive business development efforts to expand revenue.

• Direct and coach on-site sales team members, setting clear expectations and supporting performance through daily leadership and development.

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate, association, and event clients to encourage repeat business and increased account value.
