About the Role
 - Key Responsibilities: Own EMEA revenue targets and deliver actual-to-target performance of monthly, quarterly, and annual results
Collaborate with marketing and execute the regional GTM strategy, aligning with global organizational objectives, taking into account market maturity and customer needs
Lead, coach, and scale high-performing direct sales teams with a positive organizational/team focused approach in alignment with global sales strategies and operational procedures
Develop and manage a partner ecosystem (SPs, MSPs, Sis, TPs, RPs) to expand market reach
