Director of Sales, Behind the Meter (BTM)

Role Summary The Director of Sales, Behind-the-Meter (BTM) is responsible for driving revenue growth and market expansion for RavenVolt’s behind-the-meter energy solutions, including microgrids, reciprocating generators, battery energy storage, switchgear, electrification solutions, and other distributed energy systems.

This role blends strategic account leadership, business development, and hands-on sales execution to expand RavenVolt’s footprint across commercial, industrial, and critical infrastructure customers.

The Director will lead complex, value-based sales processes while supporting national sales strategy execution, developing key customer relationships, and collaborating closely with engineering, operations, and leadership teams to deliver scalable energy solutions.

Salary:

• Pay: $140,000.00 - $165,000.00 + Commission  The pay listed is the salary range for this position.
