Role Summary

Join our team as Director of Rooms at Etereo Riviera Maya and become one of the authors of our story. As part of the Auberge family, you will be responsible for effectively and successfully managing all the day-to-day operations of the Rooms Division of the hotel.  Reporting to the General Manager, this role is responsible for the key areas that contribute to operating performance - building and inspiring our teams, maintaining high product quality, delivering excellence through service quality, and curation of the guest experience.  You will encourage attention to detail and an eye for luxury at all levels.  As part of the Auberge family, you will support all team members of Etéreo and our guests in providing exceptional experiences along their Auberge journey.
