Responsibilities:

+ Owns the full hiring funnel across five distinct talent populations: Sales, Customer Service, Claims, Technical and IT, and Corporate Leadership

+ This is a player-coach role — you'll lead and develop your team while personally owning the most complex requisitions (Executive, Technical, and Specialized hires).
