The Director of Recruiting is responsible for leading and optimizing the full recruitment strategy for both the Contact Center (BPO) division and the Software Development/Technology division. This role requires a seasoned recruiting leader with deep expertise in high-volume BPO hiring, technical recruiting, and Artificial Intelligence (AI) talent acquisition.
