Job Description

Responsibilities:

Lead daily respiratory therapy operations and ensure high-quality patient care.

Support, train, and mentor respiratory therapy staff.

Oversee compliance with clinical, regulatory, and accreditation standards.

Collaborate with providers and staff across multiple sites to improve patient outcomes.
Requirements
Graduate of an accredited Respiratory Care program; bachelor’s degree preferred.

Current Massachusetts Respiratory Care License and Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential required. BLS and ACLS required; NRP preferred.

Experience in acute care, critical care, pulmonary function testing, blood gas analysis, polysomnography, pulmonary rehabilitation, and EEG services. Neonatal respiratory care experience preferred.
