Summary

The Director of Project Management is a key leadership role within Chobani’s Global Engineering organization, responsible for leading strategic capital and engineering projects across Chobani’s manufacturing network while overseeing a team of Project Managers. This is a highly technical leadership role, and we are specifically seeking an engineering leader with deep experience in Food & Beverage, Dairy, Beverage, or CPG manufacturing environments. The ideal candidate brings strong expertise in plant engineering, CAPEX execution, processing and packaging systems, and leading complex projects inside fast-paced production operations. This leader will partner closely with Engineering, Operations, Maintenance, Supply Chain, and plant leadership teams to safely execute high-impact projects that drive operational growth, capacity expansion, and manufacturing excellence.
