A facility east of Klamath Falls is seeking a Director of Pharmacy to join their team! Salary: $121,600-$205,000/yr Director of Pharmacy Opportunity: Full-time, permanent opportunity Schedule: Day Shift; Monday-Friday Leads overall pharmacy operations while collaborating with hospital leadership, clinical staff, and external partners to ensure safe, compliant, and effective medication services. Provides clinical pharmacy care, including direct patient management, therapy optimization, and oversight of the medication-use process across diverse patient populations. Drives quality improvement, regulatory compliance, and staff education to enhance medication safety and integrate pharmacy services across the organization.
