This leading healthcare provider offers a full range of solutions including skilled nursing, assisted living, independent senior housing, and rehabilitation, alongside nationally recognized specialized programs.

We are seeking a high-caliber Director of Operations & Strategic Initiatives to serve as a vital strategic and operational partner to the Chief Operating Officer. This role functions as a key extension of the COO, bridging the gap between high-level strategy and daily operational implementation across a diverse, multi-departmental campus.
