Robert Half is looking for an experienced Director of Operations to lead and optimize the operational functions of our client's organization. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented individual with a strong background in managing multidisciplinary teams. Based in the Philadelphia area, this position requires a strategic leader with expertise in risk management, business planning, and team development.


Responsibilities:

+ Oversee daily operations and guide the Operations team, including mentoring and supervising staff such as the Operations Analyst.

+ Conduct performance evaluations for Administrative Directors and other operational personnel.

+ Lead the development and execution of the organization’s annual business plan by collaborating with internal stakeholders.
