Key Responsibilities

I. Factory Operations & Day-to-Day Management

• Cross-Department Coordination: Coordinate the day-to-day operations of internal departments (Production, Supply Chain, HR, and Sales) to effectively execute goals aligned with headquarters' objectives.
• Communication & Alignment: Act as a bridge between headquarters, the local India team, partners, and clients to foster cultural alignment and minimize operational friction.

II. Business Development & Account Management

• New Client Development: Cultivate relationships with local Indian electronics brands, distributors, and key accounts to secure new orders and maximize factory capacity utilization.
• Project Execution: Lead commercial negotiations, contract signing, and product specification alignment; track project milestones to ensure a smooth transition to mass ...
