Role and mission

As a key member of the Site Management Committee at Mirabel, you will steer the strategic and operational management of assembly activities for the A220 programs (forward and aft sections) and G8000 (mid fuselage). Your mission is to turn industrial excellence into a lasting economic performance lever.

Responsibilities

• Productivity and Competitiveness
  • Economic Performance Management: Budget responsibility - directly manage the budget for all functions reporting to you operationally and functionally.
  • Cost optimization: develop and drive action plans to align production costs with competitiveness plan objectives (managing contingencies, throughput times, non-quality).
  • Operational efficiency: create opportunities to generate continuous efficiency gains and reduce unit product costs.
  • Performance reporting: rigorously report on the achievement of annual cost objectives set in the target letters. <...
