Job title: Director of OperationsROLE PURPOSEThe Director of Operations is responsible for leading theCollege's operational functions relating to student recruitment, admissions,marketing, business development activity linked to recruitment, and associatedcustomer-service support across UK Management College campuses.The role covers the complete operational student journeyfrom initial attraction and enquiry through to application processing,admissions completion, successful enrolment, and formal handover of enrolledstudents to the academic departments.The post holder ensures that admissions, marketing andrecruitment-related operations are delivered in line with the strategy,standards and directions set by the Chief Operating Officer, to whom the rolereports.The role is operational only and does not cover academicdelivery, academic staffing, teaching, assessment or curriculum matters, whichsit with the Dean and the academic structure.SCOPEThis role is limited to the operational manageme...
