Director of Operations

Summary

Reporting directly to the VP of Operations, the Director of Operations will lead and grow their portfolio of customers while overseeing multiple distribution centers within the Defence and Industrial sector. The role is pivotal in driving strategic expansion, operational excellence and fostering strong relationships both internally with our team and externally with customers and vendors. The Director will partner with the respective General Managers to deliver innovative solutions that align with the strategic objectives of the company including profitability, operational excellence, business development, process improvement, workforce stability and retention of key accounts.
