Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Director of Operations to lead field execution and project management operations across a roadway safety and infrastructure services environment in the Eastern region. This role oversees concurrent roadway safety projects, drives operational consistency, ensures financial performance, and advances scalable operational processes. The Director of Operations will lead field crews, project managers, superintendents, and regional teams while maintaining a strong focus on safety, project profitability, operational excellence, and team development. The ideal candidate brings extensive experience in construction or industrial operations leadership, strong P&L management capabilities, and the ability to improve performance through lean process implementation, cross-functional collaboration, and data-driven decision-making in fast-paced field environments.
