We’re assisting our client, a respected community-focused, non-profit organization dedicated to improving the lives of individuals and families facing communication challenges, in the search for a Director of Operations and Finance. This is a key leadership role that combines strategic oversight with hands-on operational management across finance, human resources, IT, and facilities.Working as part of a collaborative Executive Team, you will help shape organizational strategy while ensuring the day-to-day infrastructure is effective, compliant, and aligned with the mission.
