As the Director of Operations, you will assist with planning, managing, and leading multiple departments with multi-million-dollar revenue to meet operating and financial goals, client objectives, and guest needs. Overseeing key food and beverage operations including concessions, catering, warehouse and scheduling. This position will support and be responsible for planning, executing, and partnering with other departments to ensure successful events. The Director of Operations will report to the General Manager with a team of salaried direct reports.
