Director of Operations and Community Relations

Direct operational leadership as an Executive Director. Oversee departments, ensure effective program delivery, and maintain compliance with organizational and funding protocols.
In this role, you will provide leadership across various departments while implementing key decisions and policies. Additionally, you will be responsible for preparing reports to guide leadership decisions and managing financial oversight in collaboration with the Finance team. Building relationships with community members and external organizations is also essential to this position.
