Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage nursing operations and staff
- Ensure compliance with clinical standards and regulations
- Oversee staffing, performance management, and staff development
- Monitor quality outcomes, patient safety, and infection control
- Manage nursing budgets and resources
- Collaborate with physicians and leadership teams
Qualifications
- BSN required; MSN preferred
- Active RN license
- 5+ years nursing experience, including leadership roles
- Strong leadership, communication, and regulatory knowledge
