Director of Network & Telecom

Job Description
A hospital system in NYC is seeking a Director of Networking & Telecom to lead a team of about 20 individuals. Below is the following day to day responsibilites:

 • Lead and oversee enterprise voice & data network infrastructure operations (LAN/WAN, cloud, contact center platforms)
 • Set and drive infrastructure strategy, roadmap, and modernization initiatives
 • Ensure high availability, performance, and security of all network systems
 • Partner with AVP IT Ops and other IT leaders to align technology with business goals
 • Oversee network engineering, operations, and service management (change, release, QA)
 • Drive delivery of major infrastructure projects and continuous service improvements
 • Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and technology investments
 • Lead and develop a high-performing team, while fostering a collaborative, service-oriented culture
