PALMYRA R-I SCHOOL DISTRICT SUPPORT STAFF POSITION JOB TITLE: DIRECTOR OF MAINTENANCE Reports to: Superintendent Term of Employment: 12 Months Fair Labor Standards Act Classification: Exempt QUALIFICATIONS High School Diploma or equivalent. Valid Driver's License. Certificate of training or equivalent experience demonstrating a thorough knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical wiring, welding, painting, roof work, carpentry, door lock mechanisms, equipment maintenance, and general grounds care. EPA Certification to purchase and handle refrigerants. Ability to work with 3 phase electrical up to 480 volts.
