Job Description
Overview:
Responsible for the planning and execution of repairs, preventative maintenance and upkeep of company property along with the planning and execution of all new capital construction including, but not all inclusive of: new rides, attractions, buildings, facades, areas, etc. Work with the Park President to establish clear guidelines including timeslines while reducing expenses including budget expectations.
Salary Range: $145,000-$150,000

+ Oversees the theme park's rides and facility maintenance, as well as construction process to ensure the safety of our Team Members and Guests. Schedules & prioritize work and projects, place vendor bids for materials, select vendors and prepare requisitions. Estimate job costs for budgeting and forecasting purposes.
