Director of Maintenance

Ashleigh Group is establishing a dedicated Maintenance & Fast Works Division and is seeking an ambitious, commercially minded leader to take ownership of its growth and development.

This is a unique opportunity to build and lead a standalone business unit within an established and successful group. With full backing, investment and autonomy, you'll be responsible for developing the division, growing recurring revenue, building high-performing teams and driving profitability.

We're not looking for someone to simply manage a maintenance operation. We're looking for someone who wants to build one.

The Role

Initially, you'll focus on understanding and enhancing our existing blue-chip maintenance contracts, identifying opportunities to improve service delivery, profitability and operational performance.
