Director of Loan Ops Strategy & Execution

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree required; MBA or relevant certifications (PMP, Six Sigma) preferred.
Ten or more years of progressive leadership experience in commercial loan operations or commercial lending.
Expertise across C&I, CRE, construction, participations, and syndicated lending.
Extensive hands-on experience with lending platforms and technologies. Experience with nCino, LaserPro, and Fiserv Premier preferred.
Familiarity with AI and automation enabled tools and their application in banking operations.

INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL CONTACTS
Frequent departments, regional, and executive contact on all levels.
Internal contacts involve coordination with the related loan servicing and other operating departments.
External contacts with vendors, acquired banks, and correspondent banks regarding the Bank's systems and services.
Oversee customer contact in response to inquiries and service issues.
