Role Overview

The Director of Insurance is a senior leadership role responsible for building and scaling a regulated embedded insurance offering across the company's global travel and e-commerce platform. This individual will play a central role in positioning insurance as a valuable, integrated product within the customer journey.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the company’s global insurance strategy, embedding insurance within the core customer experience
• Own the full insurance value chain including underwriting, pricing, distribution, claims, and customer support
• Develop compliant, modular insurance products tailored to travel and mobility, in partnership with Product and Tech
