Director of Institutional Advancement (Educational Institution)

The Director of Institutional Advancement (IA) serves as the strategic leader responsible for shaping, guiding, and executing all advancement efforts for a distinguished educational institution in Mexico. This role oversees fundraising, internal community engagement, and external relations to strengthen the School’s mission, reinforce its core values, and support the long-term goals outlined in the strategic plan.

Working collaboratively with senior leadership, the Director ensures alignment and coordination of all IA initiatives with academic, administrative, and operational areas. The role manages a team of five direct reports and oversees the Institutional Advancement budget, ensuring effective stewardship of resources.
