Job Description
Lead and manage the inside sales team, including coaching, mentoring, and assigning tasks to ensure performance objectives are met Oversee day-to-day inside sales operations, including quoting, order processing, and customer communication Execute and support the company’s sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth Work closely with sales, marketing, engineering, and operations teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of customer requirements Maintain and improve sales workflows, systems, and processes (e.g., Quantum) to enhance efficiency and accuracy Monitor sales performance, customer activity, and key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide regular reporting Support pricing execution and provide input based on customer feedback, demand trends, and sales data Assist in identifying market trends and customer needs to support business decisions Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through timely communication, follow-up, and issue resolution Support key ...
