As the Infant Director at NETES, you will manage a community-centered program committed to Indigenous values and play-based learning. Key Responsibilities:
• Manage center operations and staff scheduling
• Ensure adherence to MELCC licensing and safety standards
• Design Indigenous-informed program delivery
• Build collaborative relationships with community partners
• Monitor and enhance program quality and growth
Requirements:
• ECE Level III Certification is essential
• At least 5 years in leadership roles in childcare
