**DIRECTOR OF IMAGING** **| ANDERSON HOSPITAL | CINCINNATI, OHIO**

Directs the operational leadership of radiology Imaging to include X-ray, CT, MRI, US, NM, and any other modality that falls under their prevue. Leads the operational day to day processes and protocols, to lead the department forward by aligning it to the Bon Secours Mercy mission and values. Develop and implement policies, procedures, goals, and objectives to set a clear vision of departmental success. Directly and through the use of managers, supervisors, and leads, manages personnel, prepares and monitors operating budgets and capital budgets, quality assurance, staffing levels, goal and objective attainment, as well as site specific strategic leadership in the planning, development, and organization of imaging services within the hospital and freestanding imaging centers aligned with it.
