The Director of IAM Directory Services Operations is accountable for the operations of directory platforms and services across the enterprise. This role leads the global operational teams to operate secure, scalable, and resilient Directory capabilities for our global multi-domain, multi-forest identity environment spanning while support business strategy across all regions and channels.
The incumbent plays a critical role in strengthening the organization’s identity security posture by reducing the technical attack surface, securing identity platforms both on-premise and in cloud environments.
