The HR Director is a key member of the Senior Management Team, responsible for HR services, volunteer and student programs at the Centre. This role emphasizes implementing best practices in a non-profit organization and fostering a supportive, engaging environment for all team members. This position is based primarily in St. Catharines, contributing to the delivery of innovative support and therapy to children and youth.
Key Responsibilities:
