Lead HR strategies as our Director of Human Resources within the Division. Support teaching staff and provide strategic direction while ensuring alignment with our mission and vision.
As the Director, your key focus will be establishing HR planning, offering guidance to the Board and Senior Administration, and leading a small HR team. You will be responsible for overseeing collective bargaining with unions and implementing talent management practices. Ensuring that HR policies and services align with best practices is critical to this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide strategic HR oversight and planning for the Division
• Guide HR staff with leadership and direction
• Direct collective bargaining with three major unions
• Implement talent management processes for future growth
