Director of Global Supply Chain Operations - Bangkok, Thailand

Phononic is revolutionizing AI datacenter cooling solutions and deployments at Hyperscale cloud service providers, Foundation model providers and Neocloud companies. We have an immediate opening for a Director of Supply Chain Operations in our Bangkok, Thailand office. This role will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities to support Phononic’s contract manufacturer of thermoelectric modules; tackling inventory, quality, cost, communications, and order fulfillment. The person will also support factory expansion projects in Thailand and lead critical supplier communications throughout Asia, tracking supplier corrective actions, support planning and aid negotiations, as well as support escalation requests and support formal supplier QBRs. The successful applicant will have experience in many areas, including manufacturing, supply chain, and operations.
