City Wide Franchise is seeking a driven, relationship-focused Director of Franchise Recruitment to lead the sourcing, engagement, and conversion of high-quality franchise candidates. This role blends strategic outreach, broker partnership development, and full-cycle recruitment ownership to fuel system growth.

What You’ll Do

You will own the franchise candidate journey from first touch through award, building a strong pipeline through both direct sourcing and broker networks.

+ Generate franchise leads through outbound prospecting, targeted campaigns, inbound follow-up, and multi-channel networking

+ Promote City Wide Franchise opportunities across LinkedIn, Indeed, and social platforms to attract qualified candidates

+ Manage the full recruitment pipeline using CRM tools and City Wide’s structured 8-step process
