Spanning over 1 km, the resort has well-appointed guestrooms and suites, feature restaurant with roof terrace, pool, and over 50,000 sqm of vineyards with a proprietary wine brand._
Responsible for coordinating, planning, supervising and ensuring that all activities in the Food and Beverage area are carried out according to the hotel's standards, as well as to achieve the objectives set by General Management, the Company and Owners.
The role requires a balanced understanding of key local, regional and international secondary markets and leveraging your extensive network.
