**Key Responsibilities**

**1. Concept & Experience Leadership**

+ Curate and oversee a collection of distinctive restaurant and bar concepts aligned with Regent’s ultra-luxury positioning
+ Drive innovation in dining experiences, storytelling, design, and guest engagement
+ Ensure each venue delivers a unique identity while maintaining brand cohesion
+ Continuously evolve offerings based on global trends and guest expectations

**2. Operational Excellence**

+ Oversee end-to-end operations of all restaurants, bars, lounges, and in-room dining
+ Ensure flawless service delivery with a strong focus on personalization and attention to detail
+ Implement and maintain Regent and IHG F&B standards
+ Drive consistency in quality, presentation, and service rituals

**3. Culinary & Beverage Strategy**
