Director of Estimating (Remote – United States)Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Director of Estimating to lead our Preconstruction and Cost Management efforts across complex construction programs nationwide. This role will oversee estimating operations, mentor estimating teams, and provide executive-level cost leadership for large-scale projects with a strong focus on Data Centers, Mission Critical Facilities, and MEP-intensive construction.
The Director of Estimating will be responsible for developing conceptual, schematic, and detailed cost estimates, guiding preconstruction strategy, supporting client relationships, and ensuring the delivery of accurate and reliable cost information throughout the project lifecycle.
