We’re hiring a Director of Estimating & Preconstruction to build and lead a high-volume estimating function for a national commercial restoration, reconstruction, renovation, and disaster recovery company.

This is not a traditional one-bid-at-a-time preconstruction role. This is a fast-response environment where the team may manage 10–30 active estimates at once, sometimes up to 50, with proposal turnarounds often expected within 5–10 days.
