Job Objective

Responsible for overseeing engineering operations across multiple hotels within a designated area, ensuring compliance with engineering and maintenance standards, statutory compliances, safety regulations, and operational efficiency.

Essential Job Tasks

• Implementation of Engineering SOPs and guidelines across multiple hotels in the region.
• Ensure that a robust maintenance process is followed across hotels to maintain critical machinery and equipment at optimum levels.

• Responsible for organizing the engineering function in the region to carry out continuous improvement of existing processes, methods, and tools to improve design quality and efficiency.
